Electric fixed-wing aircraft RX1E-A (eVTOL)
The electric fixed-wing aircraft RX1E-A was designed by Academician Yang Fengtian, an expert in aircraft overall design. It is China's first new energy light sports aircraft with independent intellectual property rights, and its core components are 100% domestically produced. The model made its first flight in November 2017, obtained the type certificate (TC) in October 2018, and obtained the production license (PC) in April 2019. It is the only electric light sports aircraft in China that has obtained certification and can be commercially operated. Currently, Ruien Aircraft Industry (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Zero Gravity Aircraft Industry Investment, leads the production, market operation and global sales.
RX1E-A is easy to operate, has low maintenance costs, and is environmentally friendly, low-noise, and high-efficiency. It is widely used in flight training, experience flight, low-altitude inspections, and aviation research and study. It is suitable for scenes such as aviation camps and general aviation airports, providing new ideas for the county's low-altitude economy and rural cultural tourism revitalization.
